It took less than 24 hours for the media to politicize the tragic events of Friday morning and draw a ridiculous link between the Tea Party and James Holmes, the man who killed 12 and wounded countless more in Aurora, Colorado. Yesterday on ABC’s Good Morning America, reporter Brian Ross incorrectly claimed that Holmes was a member of the Colorado Tea Party. Come to find out James Holmes is a pretty common name – even in Aurora, Colorado. The Holmes that Ross found while doing some “investigative reporting” is actually a 52-year old hispanic man.
